In December, the Durham Region Association of REALTORS reported 446 residential sales in the Durham Region, a 39% drop from the 730 reported in November 2018. In November, the Durham Region Association of REALTORS reported 730 residential sales in the Durham Region, an 8.5% decrease over October 2018, and a 16.9% drop from November of 2017.
